Founded in 2016 by seasoned aviation professionals, our company brings together a multidisciplinary team with deep expertise across Flight Operations, Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Aviation Security, and Flight Safety. This diverse foundation allows us to approach training and consultancy with a holistic understanding of real-world aviation challenges.
Our organization is fully authorized to conduct aviation operations under the regulatory oversight of the Republic of Kazakhstan. ASTC Global LLP is authorized to perform flights as defined in its approved Operating Specifications, in accordance with the Regulations governing permissions for flights of general aviation operators and the approved Operations Manual. Regulatory inspection and oversight are carried out by the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC, ensuring full compliance with applicable national aviation requirements and operational standards.
What sets us apart is the integration of applied psychology into our aviation programs through our collaboration with specialists in behavioral profiling and conflict management. This unique synergy gave rise to one of our flagship offerings: Human Behaviour in Aviation. More than traditional Crew Resource Management (CRM), this course combines aviation safety, aviation security, and human factors into a comprehensive program that reflects the dynamic realities of today's operational environment, equipping aviation professionals with practical skills to improve decision-making, communication, resilience, and overall operational performance.
